🚣 How it works:

• Reserve Your Spot:
  Call or text PRS Watersports to book your rental. Let us know your preferred paddling location and what equipment you’ll need. Not sure where to go? No problem — call us and we’ll help you choose the best route for your group or experience level.
• Meet at the Launch Site:
  At your reserved time, meet us at the designated launch or meeting point. Complete payment (cash or card) and verify waiver forms.
• Orientation & Paddle Time:
  After a brief orientation, enjoy 2 to 4 hours on the water. Return to the launch site when finished, and we’ll pick up the equipment.

🕘 Launch Times:

• Lower Nemahbin / Bark River: On the hour (e.g., 8:00, 9:00, etc.)

• All Other Locations: On the half hour (e.g., 8:30, 9:30, etc.)

Or anywhere within a 15-mile radius of Downtown Delafield, WI 53018.

What to Bring:

• Water shoes or shoes you can get wet

• Drinking water

• Small cooler

• Towel if desired

FAQ:

🚫 Can I launch or pick up at your business address?
– NO, Unfortunately we cannot launch from our buisiness address.
🕘 When do rentals need to be returned?
– All equipment must be returned by 6:00 PM, unless otherwise arranged.
– Exceptions may be made based on conditions or availability.

📍 Where will we meet?
– Typically, you’ll meet us at a public launch site near your chosen location.

👶 Can a child ride in a single kayak or SUP with me?
– No. single kayaks and stand-up paddleboards are only rated for one person by the U.S. Coast Guard. For tandem paddling with a child, please request a two-seat kayak or canoe.

🌇 How late can I rent?
– All equipment must be returned at least 30 minutes before sunset.

👥 How large of a group can you accommodate?
– We can handle groups of 40+ for events.
– Our shuttle can transport up to 14 passengers at a time.

📆 What time of year are you open?
– We operate from April 1st to November 1st, weather permitting.
