🚣 How it works:

✅Book your rental: Reserve Online or by TEXT/phone. Let us know your name, paddling location and what equipment you’ll need. Not sure where to go? No problem — call us and we’ll help you choose the best route for your group or experience level.

✅Arrive at the Launch Site: Meet us at the designated launch or meeting point, or use our new Lock & Go option, where equipment can be pre-delivered for you to unlock and use at your convenience.

✅Payment: Done at the launch site with cash/credit or paid in advance by credit card for Lock and Go.

✅Finish: Return the gear to us at the launch site or lock it back up (Lock and Go only). We’ll handle the equipment pickup.

🕘 When can I reserve?
You can make reservations in advance or on the same day.

🕘 When do rentals need to be returned?
– All equipment must be returned by 7:00 PM, unless otherwise arranged.
– Exceptions may be made based on conditions or availability.

📍 Where will we meet?
– Typically, you’ll meet us at a public launch site near your chosen location.

👶 Can a child ride in a single kayak or SUP with me?
– No. single kayaks and stand-up paddleboards are only rated for one person by the U.S. Coast Guard. For tandem paddling with a child, please request a two-seat kayak or canoe.

🌇 How late can I rent?
– All equipment must be returned at least 30 minutes before sunset.

👥 How large of a group can you accommodate?
– We can handle groups of 40+ for events.
– Our shuttle can transport up to 14 passengers at a time.

📆 What time of year are you open?
– We operate from April 1st to November 1st, weather permitting.

🚫 Can I launch or pick up at your business address?
– NO, Unfortunately, we cannot launch from our buisiness address.
